Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website and use FeedKeeper Cloud, for what purpose and on what legal basis.

2. Visiting this website
When you open feedkeeper.cloud we process the connection data that is technically required (see section 3 f). Before you sign in, the website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded only from our own server. After you sign in, a technically necessary session cookie keeps you signed in (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Traffic is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the website and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Processing when you use FeedKeeper Cloud
a) User account: When you register, we store your email address, your name and a cryptographically hashed password to provide your account and manage access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
b) Feeds and sync: Your subscribed feeds, reading states, folders, saved articles and notes are stored in our database to sync them between your devices.
c) Payments: Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Stripe handles your bank and card details directly; we only store transaction IDs and your subscription status.
d) Transactional email: Confirmation and recovery codes are sent through the Resend service.
e) AI curation: For Pro accounts, the content of feed articles is selected and summarised automatically through the Anthropic API (Claude). No information about you is transmitted.
f) Server logs: To keep the service stable and secure, connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent) is stored temporarily in server logs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention and account deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time in the account settings.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Contact us at [email protected].
